Gratitude and Community Focus
Isabel's adventure focuses on finding the beauty in our lives and the area we live in. This is a key skill in developing our ability to experience gratitude and has been proven to support good mental health. There are a variety of fun activities to inspire little ones to learn about and develop gratitude skills, alongside key learning skills.
This adventure is inspired by the beautiful picture book 'The Invisible' by Tom Percival. Tom has written a range of books covering different aspects of mental health and diversity. Like his other books, The Invisible is a fantastic way to talk to children about how they feel and help them understand that at times in our lives we can all feel a little invisible and like we don't belong. Teaching children early on about how normal these feelings are and equipping them with skills and ideas to manage these experiences can support their mental health as they develop and grow.
We offer this adventure as a digital or printed copy. You can even by the fantastic book 'The Invisible' if you haven't already read it together.
